How it works

1. Free site visit, about 20 minutes
We come to your location, measure the area in square metres, check ceiling height and airflow, and ask how the space is used. From that we recommend a specific device and one or two fragrances. No obligation, no cost.

2. Trial installation, one to two days
We install a diffuser in the area that matters most to you, usually the reception or lobby, and set the intensity. You live with the scent for a day or two. Your team and your guests react to it, and you decide from experience rather than from a brochure.

3. Installation and ongoing service
We install and configure the system properly and set the intensity for your space. After that you either own the device outright or use our monthly service, which includes fragrance refills and maintenance.

Hotels and hospitality

Offices and reception areas
Open-plan offices, meeting rooms and reception. A clean, light fragrance makes a workspace feel maintained and gives visitors a first impression before anyone speaks to them.

Retail stores and showrooms
Fragrance is part of how a brand presents itself, alongside lighting and music. In retail it works best when customers never consciously notice it. They simply stay longer.

Real estate and sales galleries
Show villas, sales centres and handover units. A property that smells finished feels finished. This is our strongest segment in Dubai: our largest client is a real estate group running 36 of our systems across their sales locations.

Clinics, salons and spas
Treatment rooms and waiting areas, where the point is usually to remove the clinical smell rather than to add a strong one. Quiet operation matters here more than anywhere else.

Gyms and fitness studios
Changing rooms, cardio floors and studios. Higher intensity, more frequent refills, and a fragrance chosen to work against odour rather than to sit on top of it.

Restaurants and cafes
Entrance and washrooms only, dosed sparingly. Fragrance must never compete with food. This is the one setting where less is genuinely more.

Choosing the right system

The right device depends on the size of the area, the ceiling height and how the space is actually used. We install five systems: the compact Diffuser Smart (AED 300) for single rooms, small offices and treatment rooms; the Slim (AED 400) for washrooms, corridors and small retail, which runs on mains or battery; the Nova (AED 650) for offices and reception areas; the Aura New (AED 1,290) with a 1,000 ml tank and app control for larger areas; and the floor-standing Titan (AED 2,100) for hotel lobbies, showrooms and large commercial spaces.

Our compact systems run at a maximum of 35 dB, which is quieter than a normal conversation. Which device fits your space is exactly what the free site visit answers, and the trial installation confirms it before you spend anything.

All our systems use waterless cold-air diffusion. The fragrance oil is atomised into fine particles without water and without heat, so there is no damp mist, no water tank to clean, no residue on surfaces, and the fragrance arrives the way it was composed. Buy the device or use a monthly service

Purchase. You own the diffuser, we install it, and you reorder fragrance oil whenever you need it. Every device comes with a 12-month warranty and setup assistance. This usually works out cheaper for a single location.

Monthly service. A flexible monthly arrangement that covers the device, scheduled fragrance refills and maintenance, with no upfront equipment cost. This is what most of our multi-site clients use, because the running cost becomes one predictable line in the budget instead of an occasional purchase someone has to remember.

Which one is cheaper depends on how many locations you have and how intensively you run the system. We work that out with you during the site visit, with real numbers for your space.

Swiss fragrances, IFRA-compliant

Our fragrance oils are developed and produced in Switzerland and comply with IFRA standards. The devices are CE and RoHS compliant.

Eight fragrances are available in Dubai: Vanilla Love, Bright Orchid, Hibiscus Passion, Love Channel, Oud & Tonka, Perfect Ambient, Sweet Amber and Tuxedo, from fresh floral through to amber, woody and oud. What it costs to run

The device is a one-off. The fragrance oil is the recurring item: AED 140 for 200 ml and AED 250 for 500 ml (Oud & Tonka: AED 180 and AED 300).

How long a tank lasts depends on the size of the room, the ventilation and the intensity you set, so we do not publish a general consumption figure. It would be misleading. After the trial installation we can tell you what your specific space actually uses, because by then we have measured it.

Delivery within the UAE is free on orders of AED 200 or more, delivery in Dubai takes one to two days, and cash on delivery is available.

Frequently asked questions

Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The visit takes about 20 minutes and costs nothing. The trial installation for one to two days is also free. You are under no obligation afterwards.

How quickly can you install?
In Dubai we can usually arrange a site visit within a few days and install immediately after your decision. Equipment is in stock locally.

Who takes care of refills and maintenance?
On the monthly service we do. We plan the refill intervals around how intensively you run the system, so nobody on your team has to remember to order oil. If you buy the device outright, you reorder the oil yourself and we stay available for support.

How loud are the devices?
Our compact systems run at a maximum of 35 dB, which is quieter than a normal conversation. In clinics, spas and offices this is usually the deciding factor.

Do you serve areas outside Dubai?
Yes, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi as well. For locations further out, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can service you properly.

What happens if we do not like the fragrance after a few weeks?
You change it. Fragrance choice is not a one-time decision, and many clients rotate seasonally. On the monthly service a change costs nothing extra.

Can you scent several locations with the same fragrance?
Yes, and that is the point of a signature scent. We match device settings across locations so the intensity is consistent, not just the fragrance.

Do you work with hotels and larger groups?
Yes. For multi-site clients we handle the fragrance selection, installation, refill schedule and maintenance centrally, with one contact and one invoice.
