Refund policy

We deliver across all Emirates of the UAE.

• Dubai: 1–2 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 2 business days
• Other Emirates: 2-3 business days Delivery is FREE for orders over AED 300. Orders below AED 300 have a flat delivery fee of AED 25. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. You will receive tracking updates on WhatsApp after your order ships.

You can return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Fragrance oils must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.
Diffuser devices can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Defective devices are replaced free of charge.
