Return policy

You can return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Fragrance oils must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

- Diffuser devices can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

- Defective devices are replaced free of charge.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp +971 55 335 4787 or email info@aromadreamdubai.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Card and Tabby payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
